Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Custom Brew Gear. We accept returns within 30-days of receipt if the item is in new condition (excluding shipping costs). To make a return, contact us and we will send instructions. If you have questions, please contact our Support Team at support@custombrewgear.com.

Damaged Items

If your item is damaged in transit, we will gladly replace and ship it at no charge. Please report the damage to the carrier within 15-days so a claim can be filed.

Personalized Items and Special Orders

Personalized items can be replaced if we are notified within 30-days of receipt. Because of the nature of personalized items, they can’t be returned except for product defects or manufacturing errors. Defective items or items that we have made a manufacturing error on will be replaced.

The personalization on items is made per your engraving request, so please make sure spelling and punctuation are correct. You can verify this in your shopping cart and during checkout. We can't offer refunds for the following:

  • Misspellings, grammatical, and typographical errors provided by the customer
  • Low resolution images that will appear pixelated when used. We will make an effort to contact you if the image looks insufficient, but it is the customer's responsibility to provide high enough resolution images. 

Missing or Incorrect Items

We hate when we make mistakes and we always aim to make those right. Contact us if you had a mistake and we will happily replace the item or ship the missing items.

Clearance Items

Sometimes have items we clearance out because they are discontinued or no longer available. We don’t offer refunds on these items unless they are defective or we have made a manufacturing error.
