  • Can you put custom logos on your products?
    • We can! If you have a logo that you'd like on one of our items, simply send it to us at support@custombrewgear.com along with the following details and we can verify it will work for laser engraving or full color and give you a quote.

  • Are there any restrictions on the text or images that I can use?
    • We can't put copyright protected images or sayings on our products unless you own the rights. 
    • No professional or college sports teams logos, names or slogans.
    • What are the image requirements for custom logos?
      • Full color - Image resolution should be at least 600x600 for best results. 
      • Laser Engraved-Black and white vector art such as adobe illustrator (ai), coreldraw (cdr), eps or even pdf files are best for laser engraving, but we can work with image files such as jpeg as well. 
    • Can you make custom tap handle shapes?
      • Yes, especially on some of the full color versions. We can change the logo shape at the top of some of our handles to almost anything. On the laser engraved versions it really depends on the quantity and design wanted. 
    • What is the turnaround time on a custom order?
      • On standard products where you're just changing the text, it 3-5 days.
      • On orders that are more involved (custom logo, shapes, etc), it will very on the requirements. 
    • Can I personalize items in another language?
      • Yes, as long as we have the font characters.
    • When searching through your custom tap handles, I see that most all of them are made from Cherry and Walnut, why is that?
      • We use Cherry because it offers the most contrast when laser engraving. 
      • We also use walnut because of its rich tones. 
    • How long does it take to get my product?
      • Most items will ship in 3-5 business days. They ship either USPS or UPS depending on weight. Shipping time depends on the service you choose.
    • Can you expedite orders for rush delivery?
      • Most items ship within 3-5 days, but if you need it quicker please contact us. If we can do it, we'd be happy to and will let you know. You can also choose expedited shipping when you check out as well. 
    • Where is my tap handle made? / Are these items made in America?
      • Our taps are all made right here in the USA. 
    • How do I track my order?
      • Once your order ships you will receive a notification email. That email will also contain the tracking number for your package. 
    • Do you offer wholesale pricing?
      • We do offer wholesale options and most items can be modified for you specific need. Fill out our Wholesale Application to request a wholesale account.
    • Do you offer a guarantee on your beer and wine products?
      • We do guarantee that our items will be free from material defects. This doesn't include small knots or wood color variations.
      • We're also happy to replace them if we make a spelling mistake. 
    • How do I return an item?
    • Do you ship internationally?
      • We currently ship only in the US for now.
    • Do you offer coupon codes?
      • We do offer coupon codes during certain times of the year. Please join our newsletter to get updates on new products and notifications of coupon codes.
